Now up until a few weeks ago I have never heard of Dropps, seeing they came in pods I was more than happy to give them a try. The very first thing I noticed when I opened the package was it was smaller than any other laundry pod I have seen so I became a little reluctant that it could do the job of a “full size pod”.
It’s what got me next that really made me wonder about these “small pods”. When I through it in the washer I was expecting it to sink to the bottom so the water would hit it and dissolve, instead it went around and around and distributed the laundry soap evenly in the washer and produced more suds than a “full sized pod”.
Dropps laundry pods are tough on spots and yet soft on clothes. I ended up just putting the blankets in the dryer without a dryer sheet to see if they came out any softer, and was surprised to find it did come out a bit softer and did not have any static cling. I loved this due to the fact it was one less chemical I will be able to live without.
I am not the only one who does laundry anymore. With the pods being so easy to use the kids can now help out without adding to much detergent. Plus no mess. The pods are 6x concentrated so your getting more in the small pod than a suggested size of laundry soap from a container which only contains 2x concentration.
These pods are much more convenient to store than the containers of laundry soap and smaller than the “normal sized pods”. Pods dissolve leaving only the small bag it came in while most leading laundry detergents leave behind a large jug.
I was able to go to the store locator on their site and find a store nearby, and was thrilled to find one, because this mom will use nothing else.
